While I appreciate the low prices and great service at Sam's, I've encountered issues with their non-refundable items, like TurboTax, which left me out $47.88 when I sought a refund. Additionally, the selection is often in bulk, making it challenging for older shoppers like us to buy in manageable quantities, and I've noticed expired products on the shelves that raise health concerns.
