Always good food and great service

For at least the past five years my family has purchased our Thanksgiving day dinner from Spires deli. We have always been very pleased with our meal. This year changed everything for my family. I ordered the turkey to be cut up and off of the bone as I have received it in the past. You can imagine my disappointment today when I was given a cold, uncooked turkey!! I can not even imagine how this happened. All of the years of receiving a delicious turkey for my family has gone down the drain with this one experience.
