Upon returning to Sam's Club, I was pleasantly surprised by the changes, including the introduction of a digital card for easy access. The prepared food section caught my eye with new offerings like the pasta and kale salad, making my shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable. The Scan & Go feature was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly scan my items and complete my purchase without waiting in line, a convenience I hope other retailers will adopt.

Roslyn and her crew were fabulous to me and my situation. I got a sidewall flat tire enroute to this Sam's Club to get gas. They accepted me as a walk in customer, put the spare tire on my vehicle (at no charge) and special ordered me a tire due to not having my size in stock. Called me early the next day and put the new tire on the vehicle. There compassionate, attention to detail and great spirits were priceless. A great experience and thank you for your enthusiasm in taking care of the customer. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ™
