great food

Just had the calamari and my guest had soup. A real small bowl with crackers.
Two beers and two wines, $50.00 alittle steep.
Realizing they are seasonal and they were closing today,, but the last day! Maybe a discount?
Heather was very pleasant, but this one was alittle on the chunky side. Found out, there are three of them!
But we had a window seat, watching the skiers, that was worth it!
Gave her a good tip!

We live locally near the inn and thought we would have a nice dinner after a long work week. Looking forward to a nice dinner. Husband and I haven't been there in over six months. Last nights dinner and service was disappointing First we order drinks and took over 20 min to get them, bartender started waiting on another couple at the table next to us. My Husband said to me "they better not get their drinks before us". I believe she heard him and she immediately made them. Then the waitress took our order and apologize for the drink delay. Waited again for our food at least half hour , oh and the couple that came in after us got their food before us. Finally was served our steak and swordfish by a new waiter no apology and food was cold sides was suppose to be fingerling potatoes instead we got read potatoes. No one came back to see how the food was. Finally we both finished what we could the the waiter came backed ask if we were all set and we replied yes then he asked if he could get us the check... Guess they don't offer dessert.... At that point we were so disappointed we got the check. But he brings back,k the wrong check with extra drinks added.. Had to wait to get it fixed. Bottom line never will go back again. Too bad it is such a nice setting and place. Hopefully guest that pay to stay get treated better.
