Change your cooking oil. Ordered a chicken finger combo and the egg roll and chicken fingers tasted like shrimp because the oil it was cooked in was old. Disgusting.

Called to find out wait time on NYE, told 15 to 20 minutes. That was at 741pm. Asked if I could place an order for pick up for 830pm. They said sure. Got there at 833pm order of general taos dinner was done. Got home and unpacked it. No egg roll which comes with the dinner. It was colder then cold. Must have made it when I called 45 minutes earlier. Chicken in a spicy honey sauce was dry. I think the richmond branch has lost a lot of quality.

I just ordered a pupu platter that was horrible and a sampler which was just as bad..duck sauce watered down and no cream cheese in the grab rangoon..
