Oh, man! Just had my first taste of Ethiopian cuisine at Gosh and I am hooked! The flavors were out of this world, especially the vegetarian options like the Shurro split peas and Tikil Gomen cabbage potatoes. The Injera bread was a game-changer, perfectly complementing every dish. The service was so warm and welcoming, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu!
