This place is a hit or miss - first two days were amazing but the third day was a bit chaotic with a different crew. The cashier was friendly every time, but the food quality seemed to drop on the third day, showing the impact of the manager on duty. They have lightning-fast service, clean bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi, but keeping the ketchup behind the counter is a puzzling choice. If I had to grade them, they'd get a perfect score of 100%.

Went to Jack's in Talladega on Thursday night and did not get what I paid for. Ordered Chopped Steak meal and only received meat, no sides or bisquit. Tried to call that night and Friday morning and still have not got an answer there. I understand mistakes but for them not to answer the phone is uncalled for.

service is horrible, menu sucks that pretzel bun my dog won't even eat it.
