Ordered 2 star burgers, both was raw, and 4 other people got up and their burgers was raw, will never go there again 25 dollars thrown away

I would give this Hardee's a -1 if I could. Ordered a simple Star Burger combo. (Lettuce mayo tomato and onion only) 1st order had everything on it including pickles, ketchup and mustard? Second order was cold and minus the onion? Third try something dark and crusty was cooked on the burger. Finally gave up and just left. Manager apologized but didn't remake another. I have never been SO DISGUSTED .I couldn't stop spitting out the remaining bite of burger. Whatever was in my burger was black, crunchy and tasted horrible. Another patron came in and explained to me she had a "bad experience " that morning with her breakfast there.
SO DISAPPOINTING THAT NO ONE CARES WHAT THEY SERVE PEOPLE. NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO REFUND MY $ FOR A MEAL I COULD NOT EAT. HARDEES listen up, you will not remain in business if you continue to treat your customers like this.

They all want 15 dollars an hour. But I've yet to get an order in Hamilton Al. That was correct. None of them can get your order right
