I had a great experience at Struts recently. The service from our server Anna was exceptional, and the food, including the Deep South burger, was delicious. The atmosphere was nostalgic and welcoming, and I'll definitely be returning for more of their tasty dishes.

We went there after church one Sunday, like we so often do. Nobody came to seat us or tell us just sit anywhere. We waited and waited. Nobody came to even ask what we were drinking, not to mention take our orders. Everybody walking around and we got no service at all. We are not going back.

Monday my son, his girl friend, daughter, granddaughter, and myself was eating supper at the Oxford due to trivia. We having been going for a few years. My son and his girl friend ordered their food about 6:35 an daughter and granddaughter ordered their food about 6:55. My girls got their food at 7:30. My son and his girl friend still have not gotten their food. My son asked to speak to Mitch, who is the GM. When Mitch came out he was making up all kind of excuses. I told him that it was unacceptable. Then he had the gall to tell me if he gets a order in that he can get out quick, he would do it first. My son and girls friend did not get their food till right at 8pm. Mitch did not even give us a discount for the wait. Mitch is a very POOR GM. They need to get rid of him. You do not put fast orders ahead of other orders. He needs to do them in order when they are turned in.
