Hey, have you tried that BBQ joint in Hueytown, Alabama? It's nothing fancy, but the food is really good and the staff are friendly. You get your food in a to-go container, so you can choose to take it home or eat there. The prices are reasonable, and I keep going back for the tasty food!

This happened again tonight for the second time. Arrived in the drive thru line with 3 cars ahead of me. When I moved up to the order speaker, the lady stated, the car in front of you is our last customer - we closed at 8:00 P.M. My clock indicated it was 8:04 P.M. I responded and ask, why did you let me wait in line and then you told me you are closed. No response - just silence. From the treatment, Uncle Sam's must have too many customers and they do not care if they lose customers. What is more ridiculous is they think I will come back there to spend my money and that I will not tell others about the terrible customer service. If enough customers stop buying, then maybe the owner and employees will be more interested in providing REASONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
