Had the most horrible experience. Ordered thru uber eats, having a night in. Food arrives and the chicken breast has NO peppercorn ranch on it. It's dry. No rolls. I call.. expecting a refund or an apology I guess. BOY WAS I WRONG. The manager Patrick tells me he checked the chicken himself and there was def sauce. What?!? Please don't call me a liar. I said.. I'm not dressed for an evening out but I will certainly come and show you I'm not lying about the absentee sauce. Drive to Logan's"¦ show him the food. He literally said Ma'am you could've wiped IG off. I asked"¦ for what"¦. Why would I remove the sauce to drive here and give you the food back.. why wouldn't I just EAT the food.. I mean I ordered the food fully expecting to be EATING it right now. He said again"¦ I don't know what you did to it. Well we know damn well I didn't EAT it "¦ and THAT was the plan! Alllllll I wanted was a refund and apology.. instead I will be going back there today to speak to the store manager. This was reprehensible. The customer isn't ALWAYS right"¦ but sometimes they are. Never in my life have I had an issue handled like this. I was insulted, saddened and offended.
