Via Emilia is a long-standing favorite of mine, having dined there for over 30 years. The chef, Chatman, works wonders in the cozy kitchen. Personally, I adore the eggplant dish and find the shrimp crepes during brunch to be exceptional. The overall experience at this restaurant, from the food to the service and ambiance, is consistently outstanding.
