I usually order the pulled pork sandwich which has always been very good. The fritters are good as well. Remember folks, this is Alaska; not the deep south, so don't think of comparing food here (except salmon) to places where the food is best known.

We love the Rib Shack and eat there quite regularly. Good locally owned and operated joint.

worst bbq i ever ate. did not eat. one taste of the potato salad made me ill the ribs were dry and chewy .they were fair to refund money though.
