I have been a customer of this Chinese restaurant in the East Bay since 1999, and recently discovered they have relocated to downtown SL as part of Lees Garden Restaurant. The food is tasty, though it has become more like a typical Chinese establishment without the unique offerings Hong Kong Express used to provide. The owners are hard-working and friendly, making it a pleasant spot for a quick and affordable meal.
