Good place to eat

As of 2019?? New owner of Lechon Manila.
Use to be you can get whole head on the spot.. now you cannot. Today we tried to order 1-2 lb of Lechon hoping the texture , taste of real Lechon with crispness and fat dripping.Tooooo DRY '!!!!!!
Too bad you won't expect anything from a real Lechon !!!!! NOT WORTH It!!! Just wasting your money..
