Beto's Mexican Restaurant has changed hands since my last visit years ago, but the food still holds a special flavor that I remember fondly. I used to enjoy their burritos, filled with wholesome ingredients and paired with a refreshing horchata that never became gritty, and I look forward to returning to see how it has evolved.
