My cousin and I have been loyal customers here for quite some time now. The quality of the #13 pho is consistently impressive, and the staff always provide excellent service. It's our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego, and we appreciate the delicious food and friendly atmosphere every time we visit.
