The Chinese food at the Imperial Valley Mall's food court was surprisingly satisfying, with some aspects even surpassing Panda Express. Despite the small size of the food court and the dominance of Chinese food vendors, the place I chose had the longest line. I opted for a to-go plate with two entrees - mushroom chicken and orange chicken - along with fried rice, all of which I found enjoyable. The service was excellent, with a convenient tray system that included utensils and napkins, making the experience even more pleasant.
