During our road trip to the Pacific Northwest, we made a pit stop at the Red Lion and were pleasantly surprised by the cozy bar and restaurant onsite. The chef's shrimp cocktail and taquitos were a hit, but the real star was the Veggie Bowl with its fresh veggies and flavorful cilantro, lime, and pesto rice - I could've eaten a whole bowl of just the rice! And to top it off, the bartender stayed late to make sure we had a great time, even with the Phoenix Suns game on the TV!
