I went to eat at saigon pho in ranch 99 building on august 5th Friday 2022 and I almost finished my noodle and I found out that was a cockroach underneath the plate upside down and tried to flip over. That was so disgusting. I called the waiter to take it away and I will never go back to eat over there!!!!!
