For the past decade, Kaido's in Grass Valley has been a cherished destination, with its lively waitstaff enhancing every visit. The owners, Kos and Kaoru, exude warmth and humility, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels like home. After an extensive trip through Alaska, I found myself longing for the exquisite flavors of Kaido's sushi and tempura, which continue to set a standard that is hard to match.
