Enjoy a meal with breathtaking mountain views as your backdrop at this dining spot near Red Rocks Amphitheater. The food was surprisingly delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the service was excellent, making for a memorable dining experience.

I recently ate the Bison burger at the Shiprock grill. It is super good and filling. Don't spring for the crispy onion strings as the amount they put on is measly and they are pretty small.
