Rosie's Mexican cuisine in Denver is a long-standing favorite of mine, especially the pork green chile. The food is bursting with authentic flavors that stand out from typical Tex-Mex options. Despite the unassuming appearance of the restaurant, the quality of the dishes truly speaks for itself.
