Two weekends in a row my Signature Iced Latte has been horrid. They're too expensive for your workers not to get it right. No whipped cream, no flavor, no cinnamon or caramel. Teach them a pump is a full pump on all your drinks.

These people do not know how to make a simple cup of coffee it was basically all cream and I had them re make it and it was still ALL CREAM!! This has happened multiple times! Every time I go here they make horrible coffee and my sandwiches are always wrong! I guess nobody at this Dunkin' knows how to read or aren't trained properly. Never going here again thought I could give them a couple chances NOPE NEVER AGAIN!!
