Terrible delivery and communication

After an hour, I get a notification that my order was delivered, yet it was not on my steps. I call dominoes milford, and get connected to driver. Driver tells me he delivered it. I say I checked the front steps, and the delivery is not there, and I'm rudely asked. "Did you look down?" Driver proceeds to tell me my order address was unit X (which was incorrect). Insists that is the unit # on my order, so thats where he left it. Turns out he was looking at a completely different order, and made a mistake. So my food sat outside in the cold for 15 minutes at someone else's house, and was cold. Not ordering from here again. If you make a mistake, apologize for it politely. No need to be condescending.

I ordered a meal for myself and my mother for her lunch break. I ordered it at 11:44am so I knew it would have enough time to bake and get to us for her lunch.
It is currently 1:14pm, and our order hasn't even left the building. On the tracking page, it says the Oder was being quality checked and that the quality check had started at 11:54am.
I have attempted to call the location 4 separate times, and not once has the phone even been picked up.
My order was almost $50 worth of food, tip included, and my delivery location is less than 20 minutes from the store.
This is ridiculous.
