manager have a nasty attitudes ,and employee work there also have a nasty attitude there always something missing in 65% of the oders .I belive the employees that work there just work for a paycheck and not for cualitty of work .if the owner would balance both cuality and Attitudes of the worker it would be a better restaurant in lowell

Horrible Restaurant Manager. Some of the shift managers or assistant managers are horrible but the employees are nice and food is great and always hot

New double drive through with one order taker. The orders have to be restated at the pickup window about 20-25% of the time. And then the pickup window staff has an attitude. The food is ok once you get it.

It used to be I could get coffee at. Any time now when I go to McDonald's on plain street. Lowell Ma I am consistently told that I can't get coffee or iced tea until after 4:00A.m

I recommend it...hot food.... clean place....customer service is nice...only because the manager is there....I love it...
