My Husband and I go to wings a couple times a week to play trivia and eat. The food is excellent and it is a really friendly place. It's always allot of fun on any occasion

I Was at the Longmont, Co location on 9-9-10. Was the most unorganized, unprofessional restaurant I have been in. I have visited this restaurant before but tonight was different. Everything I ordered was fumbled, sadly to say no one cared. Manager blew off my Wife and completely blew off his responsibility as a Manager. Will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again for the lack of respect I was shown as a customer.

I had worked in Longmont all week, staying at a nearby hotel. I walked over to the Longmont Store on Cherry Creek Road and ordered a beer. The bartender asked for ID. I politely said it was in my hotel room. He got the manager who refused to serve me because I did not have ID. I am 57 years old and don't look a day under 60. They need a manager and staff that can engage their brain. Sadly, not their.
