Okay. This is a place that appeals to the college student budget. It's small, rustic as restaurants go. If you go on a night that they have a band, yeah you have to wait until they feed them first but then you get to eat while you listen to them! They cook local food...strictly fresh. Best root veggie slaw I ever had. It takes time to make good fresh food with care and skill. If you want fast, go to McD.'s. Be prepared to be cozy with your neighbor. Be nice. Have a great meal and enjoy.

awful service. took 40 minutes to get 5 crepes. they said they only had 2 crepe machines and it took time to cook one crepe. then they told us they had to feed the in house band before us even though we had been sitting there all that time.
the crepes were okay - not worth the wait and certainly did not take that long to cook. also, the waitress seemed very annoyed when we asked her if we could have an extra plate

The Skinny Pancake on Burlington's Waterfront started serving cheese and dessert fondues to add to their menu on Thurs, Fri, and Saturday nights. Delicious...and they added table service for these nights along with Folk music. I went on Friday and the place was packed. I will be back...Nothing like melted cheese and bread on a chilly Burlington winter night!
