Four of us went to Roadhouse last night and 3 of us had the entree Roadhouse Sampler. 4 out of the 5 samplers was disgusting. The fatty brisket was okay but the rub on ribs made the ribs hard but you couldn't eat them anyway because they tasted so bad. The same with the sausage, coleslaw and pork. Even the toast was grill burnt. All 3 of us couldn't eat this entree apart from the brisket. Something is lacking with the chefs cooking skills if all 3 of us thought it was disgusting. Tried to explain to the waitress but I think she thought we were joking and walked off. She was lacking in Customer service skills. We used to go to the Roadhouse a lot because it was good but the chef must of changed in the last year or so and the food has completely changed. We will not be going back again and we are locals. We also noticed the place is not as busy as it used to be so that tells you something to...........

One star as nobody could be that bad and still be in business.
Brisket was about 80%fat...brisket?? Hardly...and completely inedible.
The Chicken pot pie was disgusting as well, a Pillsbury Biscuit on top of a crock of thick Chicken soup, one bite and it was left.
The Chicken fried Chicken as simply bad, poor taste, poor presentation, poor quality. The person ate about 1/2, what a trooper!
The apps had similar issues, Fried Pickles rolled in bread crumbs? Hummus with heavy spice? Not exactly the norm to say the least. And not good either.
The 3 tables surrounding us had similar issues with the food, and the server was apathetic at best...all tables left without eating, think anyone noticed, or cared? After seeing the operation, I doubt it.
Every restaurant has an off night, but this place was systemically bad in all phases, starting with the recipes, they are simply poorly constructed and executed.
I don't know what happened to this place, it was good in years past but changed for the worse.
We will never go back and I will advise everyone I know to do the same. Such a blatant disregard for the customer was terrible to watch and even worse to experience.
Try Bubbas BBQ, they have to give a better effort and value for the money.
