The burgers and fries were enjoyable, but the customer service experience may not meet expectations. Ordering at the window and waiting for your food to be called can be a bit different, but the quality of the food makes up for it.

Worst fast-food experience ever the lady who took my order take it down wrong and will not fix the order nor will she gave me my money back he was rude very ugly and hateful now I'm under the impression Papa burger is prejudiced toward black people they're never getting I want any of my money I'm turning away all people on protesting over my $4 that I will not get back that I have to take a loss on
