I had the worst experience at Mia Bella 11/17/2008. There were several people seated after my party of three that received service before me and two other co-workers! A waiter finally (after I got up to talk to the host) came and took our order. In apologizing for the long greet time, he mentioned how another co-worker did not want us-so he would be glad be of service. First of all...how discriminating does that make us feel and second...why we were looked over in the first place! The waiter never wrote our order down, so he had to come back and ask what one of us had again. Our drinks were refilled once-but after being there for 45 mins...once wasn’t enough. No more bread was provided, no one let us know if our food was even coming, and on top of all this, we had ten more mins to be back at work! By the time the table next to us (who was sat after us) was about through, we were completely upset. I had to walk inside and grab a manager to inform him we were out of time. It was ridiculous. I even waited to write this letter till today because I was so furious. It ended up like this, all three of us spending our lunch break sitting and waiting and all three of us not eating lunch that day!! I was a waitress and bartender for years and if I gave service like this, I would expect nothing other then a horrible review and word of mouth travels!
