Too long of a wait, second visit. First visit they were out of items, but the person in charge, young man, was very nice, and threw in items for our kids to try since we had not had popeye's before (it is very expensive when you are on a budget, but trying to offer your kids a treat out), WOW he was so great, kids loved the samples. Last visit, waited 15 minutes and there was really no response when they served me. Portions small for the price I paid. Person who was in charge tossed the food into the container, had broken pieces, hardly any fries which had also been sitting for too long. The other worker offered someone free pieces of chicken breast because they thought that order took too long, the person actually never waited long and still was treated really well. You are a food service industry, you don't know who you are serving, be kind, if it's obvious the customer is telling the truth about something(s) that are not right, watch fellow employees who treated their customer kindly so you can learn too!! Never again.
