During my visit to the Dia de los Muertos festival at Hidalgo Park, I was in the mood for some authentic Mexican cuisine. I discovered Taqueria el Sol, just a short drive away, and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu and the delicious food. The fajita torta, tacos, and crispy bistec were exceptional, and the attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable.
