I am so disappointed in Spaghetti Western on Shepherd!
I ordered an entree and the way that is ordered is adding to the entree as you would a pizza.
I order two entrees and a salad, that was marked as $1 for each salad with the entree"¦ Skip ahead, when it was picked up, they refused to include the salads AND did not reimburse the $2 that was due.
Their excuse was that the web site was messed up, the salads are $5 a piece and they are fixing it (and I would know this how???).
Well"¦ It seems to me, if you can guarantee the prices on the web site, you never know what you will get or what you won't and what the price really is"¦ Big Fail on their part by not just giving the salads"¦ I would have gone back"¦ Now? I just have no clue what the prices really are and if I will get my order!!
Very, very disappointed in Spaghetti Western on Shepherd's customer service!
