The dishes at Sakata Ramen vary in portion size and flavor, with some items like the eel don offering a reasonable portion but a slightly rubbery texture. The sakata roll, on the other hand, is incredibly tasty but comes in a very small portion, while the corn croquette was disappointing in both taste and size.
