Hello... Vinchandra....... very very very bad experience for my wife and me. First time we went for Lunch on 28 July 18. We had good food in many Indian restaurants (in many parts of ON, BC, QC, AB and in the US - NY, CA, TX, IL, NJ, and even in Holland, Germany UK, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and many more places) but this one was the very worst in my life. Stale food, uncooked food, labeled in a piece of paper on the wall. Lamb soup was quite salty. Very limited (crowded space in a L shape style buffet line) and two people cannot get food comfortably. I requested some napkins that came after 30 mts. We just ate the Naan to satisfy our hunger and left with 100% dissatisfaction. “Incredible India” please don't spoil the name by having a useless food. Very tarnished silverware etc. I can add more and more. Never again to this place and will not recommend to anyone this restaurant. “Bombay Palace: was quite good indeed but NOT “VINCHANDRA”. Do a favor: 1) Option One - Do a FULL re-arrangement/revamp from the consumer's complaints (we will give you a second chance to get it better) or Close down the place completely. Ravi & Yoga.
