During a recent business trip, I enjoyed an incredible tasting menu featuring freshly caught seafood and locally picked mushrooms, complemented by excellent service. The beautiful setting by the St. Lawrence River, along with delicious dishes like spicy fish tacos and Osso Buco, made it a memorable stop in the charming village of Kamouraska.
