The service and food at Olivas were exceptional, and the atmosphere added to the overall dining experience. I recently visited with some out-of-town friends and we enjoyed the Taco Tuesday specials, particularly the delicious ground beef tacos and refreshing margaritas. The staff, especially our server Bonnie, was friendly and attentive, making our visit truly enjoyable.
