Updating my review because the hot and sour soup here is simply the best I've ever tasted! After trying a bowl from a well-rated North Dallas Chinese restaurant, I can confidently say it doesn't hold a candle to the amazing flavor and variety of ingredients at Shang Yan. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are generous, and the friendly service makes every visit enjoyable-I'm definitely coming back for more!
