The pizza is great and the food is tasty, but the service could use some improvement. The staff behind the counter seem a bit cold, especially when it comes to the tip request on the screen after I pay. It's a little off-putting, but the food is still good enough to keep me coming back.

I agree with Lea. Their food is good but the price is too high. I order their pizza and will only order as a splurge for the month because their pizza prices are so high. From a strategic standpoint, they need to lower their prices a little to gain more customers. Otherwise, there are plenty of pizza places around Margate and Coral Springs that have great food for a great price.

before Annies sold they were GREAT when they sold to another owner not only did their prices go up but their staff got young and inexperienced. Not only have I gotten burnt garlic rolls but I ordered one thing and it was wrong and then HOW DO U BURN mozzarella sticks. HOW... burnt and no taste what so ever and for the price it was nasty . They only thing they are good for anymore is their pizza specials and that is if they even leave the slices in long enough that they are HOT not warm. Annie opened up her new store in coral springs and even thou it is more of a drive I think that is where I will go from now on. Its just insane how they are at the Margate store. overpriced and cannot get half their stuff right nor over cook it.
