DOCKSIDE DELI IN CRYSTAL RIVER WAS JUST OPENED BY NEW OWNERS WHO ARE WORSE THEN THE LAST OWNERS THE FOOD IS BAD IT IS EXPIRED FOOD WHICH SHE PAYS NOTHING OR CLOSE TO NOTHING FOR THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THE PEOPLE WHO OPERATE IT NEVER OWNED A PLACE BEFORE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WILL NOT EAT THERE. IT IS TERRIBLE

A must have! My friends and I stop to fill our coolers at this great little deli on the water every weekend. I love the Cuban sandwich and my boyfriend loves the roast beef! We can get everything we need including can drinks, bottles of water and we can put out boat in at the ramp for free with free Parking!! The staff is friendly and you can tell they put lot of care into the fresh food they make like the chicken salad my mom loves. We love you Brooklyn Dockside deli and thank you!

I am a lab tech and I am unable to leave work so I love this place not only for the food but for the delivery service. The Cuban Sandwich is my fave and a must try! I was so happy when I saw in bold letters on the front of the menu that deliveries start at eleven a.m. so it is perfect for me. I love the staff they are always cheerful on the phone and the delivery people are always in a great mood and always on time. Thank you guys for feeding me such yuumy food and always making me smile!

MY HUSBAND ORDERED MY LUNCH FOR ME MAKING SURE IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 11. THEY NEVER TOLD HIM THAT THEY DIDN'T START DELIVERING UNTIL AFTER 11, NOR DID THEIR MENU THAT THEY LEFT AT MY WORK STATE THAT. MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM HIS CARD NUMBER TO PAY FOR IT AHEAD OF TIME, AND IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE FOR NOT CHECKING THE NUMBER BACK WITH HIM, OR ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE THE CARD WITH THE NUMBER HE GAVE THEM BEFORE THEY GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH HIM. THEY CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE, AND I CALLED BACK WHEN I WENT TO LUNCH AT 11. IT WAS ALREADY 5 AFTER 11 AND THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN START DELIVERING UNTIL AFTER 11 AND THAT THEY NEEDED TO VERIFY THE CARD NUMBER. I THEN INFORMED THEM THAT IT WAS MY HUSBANDS CARD AND THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT NOW IN ENOUGH TIME FOR ME TO EAT IT. SO I SAID NEVER MIND. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO COME INTO MY WORK, AND YELL AT ONE OF MY ASSOCIATES FOR THEIR MISTAKE!
