I was the 3rd person in line. I was let inside to order my food. I waited outside to socially distance. I received two calls from staff telling me to come inside to get my food and pay for it. On the way in an older man with no name tag or badge on rushes me on the way to the door and puts his hands on me and starts yelling at me.

He had poor manners, didn't identify himself, put his hands on me, and had very poor hygiene. I wouldn't have let this man greet the doors at a Walmart.

After he was done having a panic and took his hands off of me, I reiterated to him that his staff asked me twice to come inside and get my food. He simply yelled, "well they're wrong!". I asked him to go check, he did and it turns out they were not wrong. He let me in to pay for my food and stood by with no apology.

I myself work in food service and understand the importance of keeping guests safe and following local and state guidelines. However, I am able to enforce these rules at my restaurant without putting my hands on guests and without terrorizing them.

I was following instructions by your staff and the owner clearly not being on the same page jumped the gun. He was clearly not on the same page as the rest of his staff, acted in a hostile and belligerent manner.

I've been coming l this restaurant since I was in highschool back before 2010. Very surprised and sad to find out the owner would ruin one of my favorite places for me.

He didn't even tell me who he was until after he was done freaking out and took his hands off of me.
