On Sunday January 15,2023 we were charged twice for our order. That day we were informed and given a 0.00 receipt showing the 2nd transaction at a $0 balance. Our bank account still showed the additional charge of $50.25. We were told that if it was not corrected to call back on Wednesday January 18, 2023 and they would make it right. I called like I was told to and the manager on duty Dan was very rude and treated me as though it was my fault their system messed up. He said it would be corrected it just wasn't yet. Today is January 22, 2023 1 week after the double charge and they still have not made any attempt to make it right.

So I came in on a Saturday ordered four meals wings and fries combinations. They handed us out to go bag and we got home we found out that we only have one meal in the entire bag. I contacted the carryout they said they'll refund my money no apologies no nothing. But she did say oh that's where those other three meals were from we didn't know what they were from. So I waited that was a Saturday I waited till Tuesday gave the manager a call I said hey can you check for me and see if that credit is going back on she did not want to go look for me told me that I should wait three to five business days I call her back on a Friday and in a one minute conversation she tells me she contacts it found my information and they're resending it that alone is very suspect. So I waited through the weekend Monday came no credit for the food that I never received. No one has tried to do any kind of customer retention let alone an apology. There's no information on the website to find out who the general manager or the regional manager is to try and escalate the situation nor is there a voicemail that I can leave a message to contact anyone. Absolutely absurd but I understand now that they don't want my business no problem.
