Their breakfast menu is a hit with classics like waffles, bacon, and sausage gravy that are seriously delicious. The lunch and dinner options are less impressive, but for breakfast, the food is cheap and tasty. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are reasonable - definitely a good spot for a satisfying breakfast.

we love this dinner ! friendly people. clean restaurant. breakfast is delicious , good portions. reasonable prices. highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

This is a small friendly family run restaurant. They have great breakfasts. But my favorite is having the Moussaka for dinner!

We also had driven by the diner several times. Finally had a chance to give it a try. We were greeted immediately by the owner and shown to our seats. The waitress came over and took our drink order ( coffee) fo both, when she brought our coffee she asked if we were ready to order, so we did. Come to find out they had a breakfast buffet and other specials which she never mentioned ! I ordered a waffle which was adequate and my fiance ordered the Eggs Benedict, which he really enjoyed. Even though are waitress did come around with more coffee (2x) she never asked us how are food was ! Will we be back, probably, we prefer eating at mom and pops instead of chains.
On another note, all the waitresses need to get new tops, they all looked like they were stained and wrinkled. Like they say first impressions make a big impact !!!!

Ate here as a recommendation from my parents. My two younger kids were served raw meatballs with their spaghetti/meatball kids meal and the manager refused to replace the meatballs or offer us a discount!!!!!

I been there several times food was excellent, service is great.....unlike arners where smelled seniors with bad plumbing............the prices are very reasonable......if you walk away hungry, its your fault......the portions are great.....

One of the best places to eat anywhere. French onion soup is a must try, I think its some of the best i ever had.
Portions are far beyond what would be expected, and I rarely leave without a doggie bag.
Staff treat you like family, and management always available to listen to anything you have to say.

We've been going to Bear Dinner for roughly 5 years (almost religiously) on Sunday mornings. I have never had better service, food, or breakfast dinning experiences anywhere else. I highly recommend visiting the Bear Dinner and experiencing it for yourself. Great Food, Awesome Service, Best Prices and you are supporting local family business!!!!

I've ridden by this place for years always looking at the plain building and noting the amount of cars in the parking lot. Looked like my kind of place so one Sunday morning I decided to drop by for the breakfast buffet. Excellent! A good sized neighborhood crowd assures the food (which is very good) keeps on moving. Even the coffee was surprisingly tasty. The waitresses are friendly (hon, sweetie, dear, and the like) and service is quite efficient. Plain and not fancy. Will go back for dinner one of these days but breakfast is a must if I'm in the area. Hit the brakes and try it.
