If you're craving quality smoked meat, Rascal's in New Castle, Delaware, is the place to be. The BBQ is delicious, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a must-visit for any meat lover.

8/11/10 7:12pm My family went to Rascals on Rt 13 for my daughter's bday dinner last night. HORRIBLE SERVICE! We got our drinks and appetizers after asking for 20min. All drinks were wrong and I had to pour the beer for our table. 5 groups of people came in, ate and left. The waiter never took our dinner order, he just kept saying “wait a second I’m really busy”. We could understand that they were short staffed. But the waiter became really rude! We asked for the check and to speak with the manager. We were told he’s too busy. When we finally did get to speak to him around 9:10, (and that’s only because my sister was halfway behind the counter and into the kitchen and my daughter called them on her cell phone) I asked the manager, are you guys on Facebook? He said no. I told him “well you will be after this”. His reply… "FACEBOOK? WE DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT. IT DOESN’T MATTER, WE’RE SELLING THIS PLACE ANYWAY”. This was my worst experience ever Thank God TGIFridays was near by!

Love the BBQ. Great crabs! My husband can't get enough of Rascals shrimp. My kids love their Mickey Mouse shaped pizza. The servers are always nice.I highly recommend trying them out.

I've been eating Crabs at Rascals for many years. They were closed for a few years and opened up last year with great anticipation from me. They had the best crabs in Delaware period. It was to my good surprise that they added BBQ platters to their menu. I was reluctant to try the because I came for the crabs. The owner brought me over some Rib samples to try out and I was hooked. Since, I've eaten there a few times and the Ribs and the Texas Brisket Dinners are delicious! The Beans alone are worth the trip.
