Maybe you should Update your Site, can't even view a Menu? And the one site that does have a Menu, it must be 5 yrs. old! Lobster salad Roll $18.00, I think last time I had that there it was $30.00 !!! Close, really? Just erase the Old Menu !!!

Well decided to give Localz another try! And probably had the worst shrimp scampi I have ever tasted! Was a little surprised when my meal came out do Quickly! Should have realized that it was obviously rushed! It was like boiled shrimp and Pasta thrown together! No garlic, no butter, not even a garnish of parsley, to help with the appearance! My wife wanted me to send it back, for what, have to wait while she eats, then I eat mine later ! REALLY ! I mean even lemon was omitted, Come on, and $24.00 I think it was ! I could make that Better Blindfolded ! SAD REALLY WAS !! I haven't been back since! I think this is just a Burger, sandwich kind a Joint! With CHEFS that need some training! Not for what their charging ? Quality versus Cost, doesn't MATCH !!!

Visited Localz in Tiverton for the first time with two friends. The waitress never put our order in and when she realized it she blamed the kitchen for losing the ticket but said it was kind of her fault. Two of us had a beverage and she offered to give us another drink. We declined because we're not big drinkers. After a while longer, 10 minutes or so, we asked if we could get our fries at least. She said sure and never brought them. After 1 hr 40 min we finally received our burgers. 2 of the 3 had missing/incorrect toppings and when the manager came over to apologize she offered us WATERS for the inconvenience and to take the 2 drinks off the bill. I pointed out that was only a concession for 2 of the 3 of us. She had an oh well attitude. In the end the waitress took 30% ($20) off the bill which just equaled the 2 drinks at $10 each. Very bad customer service. Also, a drunk guy at the bar kept coming to our table and even forcefully gave my friend an unwanted shoulder massage. The restaurant staff encouraged his bad behavior and did not see a problem with how inappropriate it was.
