DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING AT THIS VENUE- PLEASE READ!!!
My nephew's wedding was ruined because of the terrible service, poor management and under-handed display of the wedding coordinator. To begin, they failed to mow the lawn where the ceremony was held and the grass was overgrown. Secondly, the bar staff put out a tip jar without permission after my sister had paid the gratuity of $350 in advance - we only had 1 bartender. When my sister requested the tip jar be removed, the coordinator ran to the Bride complaining about it and made a scene. The coordinator and manager got the Bride and Groom involved which was unprofessional and disrespectful. Thirdly, red and white wine was to be served during dinner but the restaurant manager failed to inform the wait staff. Instead of providing a credit to the already paid bill, the restaurant manager started pouring wine into guests glasses after everyone was done eating. Lastly, at the end of the night a bill of over $500 was given to my sister for additional expenses when everything was already paid in advance. When she questioned the charges, the bartender was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my sister had to contact the CFO of the organization to settle the matter. I TOTALLY blame the restaurant manager and coordinator for the mismanagement of the wedding reception. This day can never be redone and will always be forever remembered as a FIASCO!! 🤬 HOW IRONIC their response to this review "are you sure it's our restaurant" TRUST ME I'M SURE!!!
