When you choose EG's Filippou's, you can count on consistent quality and a satisfying meal for those laid-back weekend nights. While the menu pricing may vary, the delicious food, like the gyros and fast-cooked pizzas, will keep you coming back for more. I am shocked at the negative reviews! I have been going to Twisted in Coventry since they have opened, either eat in or take out, and I have been very satisfied with the quality of food. For take out I order vegetarian pizza and it is loaded with veggies! Just the way I like it. The drivers have always been very nice. I have also ordered the vegetarian burger and they give you two tasty burgers in one sandwich. That is too much for me so they give me an extra bun at no added cost. It's like getting two sandwiches in one.
The only negative thing I would say is the female waitstaff. The men seem very nice but the females seem like they have better things to do. When I asked for something extra that I forgot to ask with the order,..well, it's hard to explain but it's the attitude even though their mouth is smiling, but they make us feel like a burden. And then it appeared she whispered something about us to the other waitresses. Maybe I am wrong, but they all turned around and looked at us. They were just a clique full of girls. There have been many times I have gone in their and the wait staff are talking and my friends and I would have to wait till they stop talking. And when they do come over it's like they cannot wait to get back to their conversation. I have never had a female waitstaff that was genuinely nice and not make us feel like a burden.
With that all said, as far as my friends and I are concerned, as long as the food is good we can let that go for the few times we visit. But we prefer to order online as at least the drivers are nice, which have always been males.
Lastly, the 5 stars is for the food and delivery, which is always right on time and the pizza is hot when it arrives. But the waitresses I would only give one star. There may be some waitresses that are friendly but I just haven't had the privilege of getting one at Twisted yet.

Calzone burnt , food cold and one spot of meat in middle of calzone , onion rings cold !!!!' This is the worse place ever !!!!!
