The room was impeccably clean and the pillows were of excellent quality. Opt for an ocean view room for a stunning vista. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable, with attentive service. The location is superb, though additional beach access stairways would be beneficial. The beach offers a pristine setting and the upper-level rooms boast exceptional ocean views. While some updates may be needed, the attentive housekeeping staff and overall pleasant experience make this a worthwhile stay.

We just got home(9-24-16) and know that we had a really nice time! We wanted to stay another night but they were booked! We will definitely go back and maybe stay a week! Wonderful staff and a great oceanfront view! Thank you!

Very overpriced for what you get. Brochure is very deceptive. Staff is indifferent. Drinks were cheap -- $5. Very crowded. Hallways are dank, musty, and dark. Room was brighter, but just as dirty and smelly. Bedspread hadn't been washed since the Clinton administration. Beach houses are generally damp, and one expects that, but this place was truly awful. The bathroom had so much mold & mildew, it looked like a science project. The place is built up high on an artificial rock bluff, which reduces available beach space, forcing the guests to jockey for the shrinking beachfront as the high tide came in. Beach was less than a blanket wide at high tide. Traveller beware! You certainly can do better elsewhere for a lot less.
