No fun to cook for 1! I find that many of Joyce's meals keep me happy for at least 2 dinners - some for 3. I actually find it very inexpensive - no oven or cooktop use - and I just heat portions in the microwave. Also, over the past couple of years, my children know exactly what will please me most for Christmas, Mother's Day, and birthday gifts - gift certificates to Joyce's!!!

I totally agree with :too tired to cook:, The food is excellent but not cheap - exactly like going out to eat but saving on tip and drinks. I also found the portions not quite big enough for 2 but a little more than enough for 1 person. I end up buying 2 entrees which makes it quite expensive. Joyce is an excellent cook!

I have found Joyce's food to be very good and a quick fix for a night that you may be too tired to cook. It isn't cheap but the quality is there. It's like going out to eat but not having to leave a tip or pay for drinks. Some of her dishes are fabulous! The portions for my family are not quite enough for 2 but too much for 1 person. I usually get a couple of entrees. Her pies are the best!!!
